STANDARD CHECKING ACCOUNT

Account Fees: The monthly maintenance fee
is determined by your average daily balance:

Accounts receiving a maintenance fee will be charged an activity fee of .20 for each **debit transaction exceeding 25 in one statement cycle.
An overdraft fee as disclosed in our current fee disclosure applies to overdrafts created by check, in person withdrawal, or preauthorized electronic payments. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.

CBC Econo Checking Account
A deposit of $100.00 is required to open this account A monthly maintenance fee of $2.00 will be charged each statement cycle. An activity fee of $0.50 will be charged for each debit transaction in excess of 12 during a statement cycle.
NOW at CBC Account
A deposit of $500.00 is required to open this account A monthly maintenance fee of $6.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $500.00 any day of the cycle. An activity fee of $0.20 will be charged for each debit transaction if the daily balance falls below $500.00 during the statement cycle.
This account is an interest bearing checking account. The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change at the Bank's discretion. Interest will be compounded daily and will be credited to the account monthly. We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. If the account is closed before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest. If this account is used as an IOLTA Trust Account, the interest (less applicable fees and service charges) will be sent to the New Mexico Bar Association.
